That's why we're looking for a Campaign & Events Marketeer who turns our events, webinars and campaigns into the moments where L&D professionals connect, learn, and become genuine fans of Studytube.

Job requirements

What will you do?

As a Campaign & Events Marketeer, you own the events and the campaigns around them — from the first idea to the people in the room and the follow-up afterwards.

  • You develop and organise events, webinars and customer days end to end: concept, budget, venue, suppliers, speakers, run-of-show, registration and on-site coordination.

  • You build the campaigns that fill those events — landing pages, invites, email and social — and you own the number in the room.

  • You grow and nurture the Studytube L&D community, online and offline, so members get real value between events.

  • You turn customer and market insights into strong concepts, convincing messaging and content that raises the bar each time.

  • You work closely with Sales, Customer Success and other internal teams, as well as external partners, so the right people are invited and follow-up never slips.

  • You use AI tools and keep experimenting to sharpen your workflows and get better results.

  • You measure, learn and optimise every event and campaign, with a sharp eye for detail and a drive to keep improving.

Who are you?

  • You have 1 to 5 years of experience in event marketing, campaign marketing or field marketing, preferably in SaaS, tech or EdTech.

  • You have hands-on experience organising and running events and webinars from start to finish.

  • You're strong at turning insights into engaging content and clear messaging.

  • You're structured, detail-oriented, proactive and able to keep the overview across several projects at once.

  • You think commercially — about which attendees turn into pipeline, not just how many RSVP'd.

  • You're curious, hands-on with AI tools and always looking for smarter ways of working.

  • You're a strong team player with excellent communication skills.

  • You speak and write excellent English or are a native Dutch.

  • A good salary that fits your role and experience, range 50K - 65K a year including holiday allowence.
