We’re looking for a Lead Community Growth to further lead our efforts in building, engaging, and scaling a vibrant community of customers and prospects. You’ll lead a team responsible for ensuring our existing and future customers feel empowered and connected through recurring marketing and communication customers. This role is about helping us drive real impact: turning engagement into adoption, advocacy into revenue, and customers into lifelong partners.

Here’s what you’ll actually do:

  • Lead and inspire a team

    • Manage and mentor a talented team of marketers who do product, customer and community marketing

    • Foster a collaborative, customer-centric culture that focuses on measurable impact.

  • Build and scale a thriving community

    • Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage a community where customers and prospects connect, share ideas, and solve problems.

    • Create programs to drive advocacy, turning happy customers into champions, referral sources, and co-creators of content.

    • Host online and offline events 0 like webinars, meetups, and roundtables—that are must-attend experiences.

  • Own product marketing

    • Lead product marketing initiatives, including positioning, messaging, and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches like our Skills Navigator.

    • Partner with the community to test and refine product messaging, gather actionable insights, and amplify adoption efforts.

    • Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer success  to create enablement materials, use cases, and campaigns that showcase product value.

  • Be a customer advocate

    • Work closely with the product team to ensure market feedback is translated into actionable improvements thus future value for Studytube.

    • Build tight feedback loops between the community and internal teams to inform product decisions and strategy.

  • Make a Measurable Impact

    • Use community insights to improve products and marketing strategies.

    • Ensure your team’s activities contribute directly to customer retention, advocacy, and revenue growth.

Job requirements

Who you are

  • You’ve led teams for at least 3 years and know how to foster effective collaboration

  • You excel at building communities, bringing people together, and driving real engagement

  • You are customer-focused, with a strong ability to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable outcomes

  • You think strategically, seeing the big picture while being able to dive into details when necessary

  • You understand the balance between community and revenue, driving growth while maintaining authenticity

  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in product, customer, or community marketing
